Veronica Bourke is the elementary school Head of Learning Support at the International School of Brussels, Belgium. She has been an international school teacher for more than 25 years and has a strong interest and passion for understanding the learning profiles of ESL students who present with learning challenges. As both a parent and a teacher of multilingual children, she continues to look for ways to best support ESL students who find both learning and learning in another language challenging. Veronica is a member of the Special Needs committee of ECIS.
